TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

I. SCOPE OF OPERATION AND INTENT OF SELLER

LooktideLabs LLC operates exclusively as a specialized supplier of chemical compounds and reagents intended solely for preclinical research, in vitro laboratory evaluation, and analytical bioscience modeling. The Seller's sole intent is to facilitate scientific discovery by providing high-purity materials for mass spectrometry, chromatography, and biological assay testing. Under no circumstances does the Seller manufacture, market, or distribute 'drugs,' 'supplements,' or 'medicines' as defined by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act).

II. EXPLICIT PROHIBITION OF HUMAN AND ANIMAL CONSUMPTION

All materials provided on this website are NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION. The products are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical application. Any ingestion, injection, topical application, or other administration into a living organism—human or animal—is a direct violation of these Terms and a misuse of the materials. The Purchaser acknowledges that these products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety or efficacy.

III. RESEARCHER QUALIFICATIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS

By accessing this website and completing the mandatory registration, the Purchaser represents and warrants that:

• They are at least 21 years of age.
• They are a qualified researcher, laboratory technician, or representative of a recognized academic or private research institution.
• They possess the requisite training and equipment to handle, store, and dispose of hazardous chemical materials safely.
• They will not use materials in any clinical trial or human subject research.

V. ZERO-TOLERANCE 'BLACKLIST' POLICY

LooktideLabs LLC maintains a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding the discussion of human administration. If the Purchaser makes any inquiry regarding 'dosage,' 'injection protocols,' or 'human side effects,' the Seller will immediately cease all communication and issue a permanent ban.

VI. TRANSFER OF TITLE AND PHYSICAL LIABILITY

Title to all materials and the risk of loss passes to the Purchaser upon delivery to the common carrier (USPS/UPS). From the moment of shipment, the Purchaser assumes full legal and physical responsibility for the handling, containment, and outcome of the research materials.

VII. LOGISTICS AND RESHIPMENT PROTOCOLS

Verified transit damage (documented within 24 hours) or confirmed postal loss may result in a one-time courtesy reshipment at the Seller's sole discretion. Due to the risk of chemical cross-contamination, all sales are final.

VIII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND MATERIAL IDENTIFICATION

Materials may be shipped with identification limited to Batch Serial Codes or Color-Coded Caps. Detailed COA and HPLC data are provided via the gated portal. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to cross-reference materials with the provided Batch Key.

IX. GOVERNING LAW AND MANDATORY ARBITRATION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the governing jurisdiction where the Seller is registered. Any dispute shall be settled by Binding Arbitration

X. SURVIVAL AND SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Transfer of Liability and Indemnification clauses survive account termination.
